Return & Exchange Policy

At R5 Essentials LLC, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. We offer returns and exchanges for products with defects or shipping issues. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges for used or opened products due to health and safety concerns.

 

Eligibility for Return:

If you receive a product with a defect such as a leaking or broken container, we may consider it defective and eligible for return or exchange. In such cases, we require you to upload photos or other documentation to confirm the defect before we can authorize the return or exchange. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.

 

Shipping Issues:

If there is an issue with shipping, such as lost or damaged packages, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you resolve the issue. Please note that all packages are insured, but we are not liable for replacing lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered by the shipping company.

 

Return Process:

To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:

 

Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process HERE.

  • Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a similar sturdy box. If the original packaging is damaged or unsuitable for shipping, please use a suitable alternative.

  • Seal the package securely and attach the return label.

  • Drop off the package at the designated shipping location.

  • The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

  • Once we receive your package, we will process your return or exchange within 2-5 business days.

Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these criteria.
