  • How do I become an affiliate?
    Click the "Earn with Us" button on the menu tab. You'll be redirected to the affiliates page where you will select "Join Now" to create your affiliate account.
  • Do I need to be a R5 Essentials customer?
    We would love it if you used R5E yourself, but you are not required to be a R5 Essentials customer in order to be a part of the program.
  • Does it cost anything to be an affiliate?
    Nope! Signing up and participating as an affiliate is completely free. Plus, there are no minimum sales required to earn commission.
  • What is the affiliate commission rate?
    Affiliates are paid a 10% commission on each sale.
  • When do I get paid commission?
    Payments are made on the 25th of every month. The payout method for affiliates if PayPal. You should also ensure that your payment method is set up and verified to receive payments. If you have any questions or concerns about affiliate payments, you should contact us at helpcenter.r5essentials@gmail.com for clarification.
  • How can I track my affiliate earnings and performance?
    Our affiliate program provides tools and resources for tracking your earnings and performance, including affiliate links, real-time reporting on clicks and conversions, and payout updates.
  • Shipping Fees
    Free U.S. shipping on orders over $150. Standard Shipping - $6.00 (5 business days) Priority Shipping - $8.00 (2 business days) Express Shipping - $31.00 (1 business days)
  • When will my package be delivered?
    Our R5 Essentials team aims to process orders within 48 hours of receiving them. Any orders received after 1 pm EST will be processed the next business day. Shipping should take 5 business days after processing. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays. If there are any changes in regard to shipping, you will be notified.
  • Refunds/Returns?
    Due to sanitary reasons R5 Essentials does not accept refunds or exchanges at this time. The items are non-refundable. If the bottle is damaged, please contact us by sending us a few images and any relevant information to our email at: helpcenter.r5essentials@gmail.com so we can make it right!
  • I think my package is lost or stolen, what do I do?
    R5 Essentials is not responsible for replacing or refunding packages that are lost or stolen. If a package is marked “Delivered” on your status, please first check your order to ensure the shipping address provided is correct. If the address provided was correct, please contact the local post office responsible for delivering the package. After describing the situation and providing tracking, they will be able to assist you in recovering your package. R5 Essentials is responsible for orders until they leave our facility ONLY. Once tracking is received by the customer, please contact the shipping company directly as it is between the customer and shipping company to ensure all goods arrive safely.
